A size 42 sample can look right, but a bulk order may include sizes at both ends of the range. Before choosing a boxing shoe outsole, check whether the available molds cover your planned sizes and whether the outsole fits the shoe you are making.
Check the size range for the exact outsole design
Not every design covers the same sizes. Our rubber boxing shoe outsole with circular tread pads is listed in sizes 28–46. The ribbed rubber outsole is listed in sizes 38–45.
If your collection includes both smaller and larger shoes, confirm the mold for every size in your order before approving a color or molded logo. A listed size range is a starting point; your actual size breakdown determines what needs to be checked.

Check the outsole against the shoe last
A loose outsole sample cannot show how the finished shoe will fit together. Compare the smallest, middle and largest planned sizes with your lasts and uppers. Look at the toe and heel outline, the bonding edge and the position of the forefoot bend.
For a split-sole boxing outsole, also check where the forefoot and heel sections sit on the assembled shoe. SATRA explains why last dimensions and shape matter to finished footwear.

Make the bulk quote match your size breakdown
Send the outsole design you prefer, required sizes, estimated pairs per size and a last drawing or reference shoe if available. We can then review the existing molds, sampling needs and any size that may require further development. If flex resistance testing is part of your buying specification, ISO 17707 describes a test method for footwear outsoles; agree on any required test and acceptance criteria before ordering.
Browse our boxing and wrestling shoe soles, then request a bulk quote with your size breakdown and target quantity.
FAQ for Boxing Shoe Outsole Buyers
Do existing molds cover every boxing shoe size?
No single size range applies to every design. Check the listed range for the outsole you want, then confirm mold availability for each size in your order. A size outside that range may need separate development.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The linked existing-mold product pages state an MOQ of 300 pairs. Confirm the MOQ for your selected design and whether your proposed color and size breakdown can be produced under that order.
What material are these boxing shoe outsoles made from?
The models linked above are rubber outsoles. If you need a particular hardness, weight or color, provide your target specification so material changes can be reviewed for production feasibility.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Request a sample of the selected outsole and check it with your actual last and upper. For a wider size run, discuss samples at the smaller and larger ends as well as the middle size before approving bulk production.
Can I split one order across several sizes?
Send the quantity required for each size when requesting your quote. The total quantity alone does not show whether the proposed size mix works for the selected molds and production plan.
