What Does the Shipping Quote Include?
Before confirming the shipment, we will discuss the delivery point, transport method and the charges included in your quote. Depending on the agreed terms, destination handling, import duties, taxes, customs clearance and delivery to your factory may need to be considered separately. Which Trade Terms Can We Discuss?
Different trade terms determine where the goods are delivered and who handles transport and import clearance. Common options include:
- FOB: We deliver the goods on board the vessel at the agreed port of shipment. The buyer arranges the main carriage.
- CIF: We arrange and pay for carriage and insurance to the agreed destination port. Risk transfers when the goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment.
- DAP: We arrange delivery to the named destination. The buyer handles import clearance and applicable duties and taxes.
- DDP: We arrange delivery to the named destination and handle import clearance, including applicable duties and taxes.

What Documents Will I Receive?
Before dispatch, we provide a packing list. We will also coordinate the commercial invoice and transport documents according to the shipment arrangement. If your customs broker or destination requires particular documents, let us know early so we can check the requirements with you.
How Can I Check My Order When It Arrives?
Each carton carries a label showing the sole model, colors, sizes and the number of pairs by size and color. Your team can use these labels together with the packing list to check the shipment and prepare for production.
