Description
The bottom of Model 25036 provides extensive cast polyurethane wear coverage from heel through forefoot. Long molded channels expose the lighter foam base and divide the black wear layer into longitudinal zones. This creates a more continuous tread appearance than the segmented-zone models in the collection.
The EVA/POE cushioning body is chemically foamed to provide a light, resilient, supercritical-like underfoot concept. For footwear programs considering premium supercritical foam, this construction offers a cost-conscious alternative while retaining an integrally molded cast polyurethane ground-contact layer and avoiding a separately cemented outsole sheet.
TECHNOLOGY NOTE
This is not gas-based supercritical fluid foaming. “Supercritical-like” describes the intended cushioning character of the chemically foamed EVA/POE system.
Available in EU sizes 39–44.5. OEM/ODM options include midsole and wear-layer colors, logos, hardness, density and other physical parameters. Final specifications are subject to sampling and production confirmation. Minimum order quantity: 4,000 pairs.
