Tread Soles develops and manufactures custom multi-material sports shoe soles for running shoes and other performance footwear. The current collection combines a chemically foamed EVA/POE cushioning midsole with an integrally molded cast polyurethane (CPU) ground-contact wear layer.Depending on the model, the CPU wear layer can be configured as segmented heel and forefoot zones, flowing multi-zone sections, or a full-coverage grooved surface. Sculpted sidewalls, exposed foam channels and contrasting material colors give each sole unit a distinctive technical appearance.Selected EVA/POE constructions are designed to provide a lightweight, resilient, supercritical-like cushioning feel without using gas-based supercritical foaming. The EVA/POE midsole and CPU wear layer are formed together in the mold, eliminating the need for a separately cold-cemented outsole sheet. Additional models incorporating EVA, CPU and TPU components will be added for footwear projects requiring different support structures and application-specific performance.We support OEM/ODM customization of material combinations, hardness, density, weight, size range, colors, logo placement, wear-layer coverage, tread design and other physical specifications.
