Custom EVA/POE Running Shoe Sole with Supercritical-Like Cushioning and Cast Polyurethane Wear Zones – Model 025

For footwear brands comparing shoe sole manufacturers, Model 025 combines an EVA/POE foam midsole with segmented orange cast polyurethane (CPU) wear zones. The chemically foamed structure is designed to deliver a light, resilient, supercritical-like cushioning feel without relying on gas-based supercritical fluid foaming.

Description

Tread Soles 025 is a custom running shoe sole for OEM and ODM footwear programs. Its EVA/POE foam midsole provides the main cushioning body, while integrally molded cast polyurethane ground-contact zones cover the heel and forefoot. Fine diagonal grooves, oval relief windows and exposed foam channels create a distinctive outsole pattern and clear opportunities for color blocking.

For buyers evaluating an EVA foam midsole against premium supercritical foam constructions, this model provides a cost-conscious development route with a similar light and responsive cushioning concept. The cast polyurethane wear layer is molded with the sole, so no separately cemented outsole sheet is required.

TECHNOLOGY NOTE
This product uses chemically foamed EVA/POE. It is not produced by gas-based supercritical foaming. “Supercritical-like” describes the intended cushioning character, not the manufacturing process.

Available in EU sizes 34–45. Custom colors, logo placement, hardness, density and other physical parameters are subject to sample approval and production feasibility. Minimum order quantity: 4,000 pairs.
